DMCA Policy
PornVaultX respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to copyright complaints submitted in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), where applicable. If you believe that material referenced through PornVaultX infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the information described below.
Important: PornVaultX does not host, store or upload image files, video files or downloadable files on its own servers. Materials displayed, linked, embedded or referenced on the website originate from third-party hosts, external sources and independent uploaders. In many cases, removal of the underlying file must be requested directly from the third-party host or source that actually stores the material.
1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification with PornVaultX, you must send a written notice that includes substantially all of the information required under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA. Notices should be sent in English to the designated contact email below.

2. Required Information
Your notice should include the following:
- Your full legal name and your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The exact PornVaultX page URL or URLs where the allegedly infringing material is referenced. Please include only direct page URLs from PornVaultX in the body of your email and do not send image attachments, PDF files or other unnecessary attachments unless specifically requested.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your name, street address, telephone number and email address.
- If you are acting on behalf of the copyright owner, a description of your authority or relationship to that owner.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Recommended Statement
To help avoid delays, your notice should contain a statement substantially similar to the following:
“I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
4. Third-Party Hosted Material
PornVaultX does not control the servers or storage infrastructure of third-party hosts where the underlying files may be located. For that reason, even when a page, link or reference is removed from PornVaultX, the original file may still remain available on the third-party host until removed by that host or uploader.
If your complaint concerns a file hosted externally, you should also send a removal request directly to the relevant third-party hosting provider or source that stores the material.
5. Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a substantially complete notice, PornVaultX may review the complaint and may remove or disable access to the relevant page, reference, link or embedded item as appropriate. Failure to include sufficient identifying information may result in delay or an inability to process your request.
PornVaultX is not obligated to confirm each takedown action individually, and all reviews are performed at the sole discretion of the website operator.
6. Misrepresentations
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Submitting false, incomplete or misleading notices may have legal consequences.
7. Repeat Infringers and Reserved Rights
PornVaultX reserves the right to remove references, disable access, reject submissions, or restrict access where repeated infringement, abuse, fraud or other violations are suspected. The website operator may also preserve records of notices and actions taken for legal and administrative purposes.
